Our office evaluates requests for refunds on a case by case basis. In almost every case, we have a fee agreement signed by the Client and the Attorney at the outset of the case so that the Client knows exactly what they are getting when they retain us. If a Client is dissatisfied with the work provided, or circumstances change, we are happy to discuss full and partial refunds with each individual client. However, refunds are solely within the discretion of the Managing Partner.
