- Clients were married 16 years at time of divorce. Wife was 72 years old and husband was 76 years old. Both parties worked outside of the United States prior to marriage and neither received social security. Wife had a pension of less than $100 per month and husband had a pension of more than $5,000 per month. Wife sought alimony which husband argued he did not want to pay. At the time of trial, husband was ordered to give wife 100% of the equity in the marital residence as and for spousal support and each party retained their own pensions.Jenacaro v. Jenacaro
- Client was married for around 20 years with one minor child. Client was 60 years old. Opposing party wanted to relocate with minor child and client agreed to relation. Matter was tried regarding division of assets and debts, spousal support and child support.
