Molly Rosenblum, Esq.
Ms. Rosenblum is the founder of Rosenblum Law Offices. Ms. Rosenblum grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and graduated from Valley High School. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Reno in 1997 and worked in finance in the gaming industry for several years prior to obtaining her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2002.
While in law school, Ms. Rosenblum was a member of the law review, moot court and public interest lawyers associations. Ms. Rosenblum graduated from law school cum laude and received the Dean’s Award for Academic Performance. Ms. Rosenblum worked for Chief Judge Phillip Pro in the Federal Court before pursing her career in litigation. After graduating from law school, Ms. Rosenblum spent the first several years of her career with Cobeaga Tomlinson as a litigator focusing in the areas of criminal defense, family law, personal injury, premises liability and medical malpractice.
In 2005, Ms. Rosenblum founded Rosenblum Law Offices with a goal of providing quality legal representation to members of the Clark County and Nye County communities. The firm’s philosophy has always been to provide high quality legal representation at reduced pricing. Throughout her career, Ms. Rosenblum has tried a number of family law, criminal defense and civil cases to verdict and currently runs one of the most successful practices in the State of Nevada.
As a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Nevada Justice Association, Ms. Rosenblum has personally served as an advocate providing those in Clark County and Nye County legal representation in the areas of criminal defense, divorce, child support and custody cases, medical malpractice, personal injury, evictions, bankruptcy and business litigation at substantially reduced fees.
In her personal time, Ms. Rosenblum is an avid triathlete and runner. She has completed several marathons and half marathons and has participated in Ironman in Arizona and St. George, Utah. However, Ms. Rosenblum’s biggest accomplishment is her family and she enjoys spending time with her two children.
Courtney Ketter, Esq.
Courtney is a 2012 graduate of UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Courtney gained extensive experience in the family court by working as an extern for the Family Court Judge, the Honorable William Henderson, as well as participating in the Thomas & Mack Juvenile Justice Clinic. In addition to his experience in family law, Courtney also gained valuable experience in criminal defense through an externship with the Clark County Juvenile Public Defender’s Office. Most notably, Courtney was the recipient of the Las Vegas National Bar Association Scholarship for 2010 and 2012 and also served as a member of the Black Students Association.
Prior to law school, Courtney obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge in Psychology. Courtney put his degree to use working extensively in public service prior to his admission to law school. Courtney has served his community as a social worker for the Department of Family Services as well as a probation officer for the juvenile justice system.
Upon his graduation from law school, Courtney put his years of public service and his extensive education in family law and juvenile justice to use. Courtney served as a law clerk for the Honorable Frank Sullivan, a judge handling only dependency matters in Family Court. Once his clerkship was complete, Courtney took a position as a prosecutor with the Las Vegas City Attorney’s Office litigating criminal cases from plea to trial.
In his spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with his son, going to the movies and playing indoor soccer.
John Allen, Office Administrator
Mr. Allen grew up in Southern California before obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995. Prior to serving as the firm administrator, Mr. Allen worked for over ten years in the gaming business for Station Casinos. Mr. Allen’s served as the Director of Casino Operations for over two years managing several hundred employees and a budget of over $10,000,000.00.
Adrian Brambila, Legal Assistant
Adrian Brambila graduated from Del Sol High School in 2012. Adrian has an amazing background in customer service with over six years of experience in various positions. Adrian is dedicated to providing great customer satisfaction and he thrives on face to face client interaction. When we first met Adrian, he told us that “creating a great and lasting first impression comes naturally to me” and he was right because we knew the minute we met him that we had to have him on our team. Adrian is planning to attend UNLV in the fall of 2017 with a focus on political science. Adrian received an associates degree in Criminal Justice from CSN in 2015. Adrian is fluent in Spanish and is a welcome addition to Rosenblum Law Offices.
